Flow Builder
The Flow Builder is a visual, drag-and-drop editor for designing your agent's conversation logic — a guided sequence of questions, branches, and actions, instead of relying purely on open-ended AI responses.
Flow Builder is reachable at /ai-agents/:agentId/flow, but isn't currently listed in the agent's tab bar — it's under active development. Navigate to it directly, or via a link from another tab, until it's added to the nav.
Node Types
Build your flow by connecting nodes on the canvas:
| Node | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Start | Where the flow begins. |
| Question | Asks the visitor something, with scored answer options that bucket them as hot, warm, or cold. |
| Branch | An if/else condition that routes the conversation down different paths. |
| Capture | Triggers the lead-capture form. |
| Book Meeting | Offers to schedule a meeting. |
| Escalate | Hands the conversation off to a human. |
| End | Ends the flow. |

Draft vs. Published
Your edits save as a draft version (v1, v2, …). The live agent keeps using the last published version until you explicitly publish again — so you can safely work on changes without affecting real conversations.
- Save draft — saves your draft.
- Validate — checks the flow for errors and warnings before publishing.
- Publish — saves and publishes the current draft, making it the active version.
- Reset — discards local edits, reverting to the last saved draft.
- Test — jumps to Sandbox to try the flow live.
Lead Scoring
A Question node's answer options can be tagged hot/warm/cold. These buckets feed directly into CRM Actions' pipeline-stage routing and Analytics' lead score distribution.
