Low Balance Warnings

QuantixOne warns you about a low wallet balance in layers — starting with a gentle nudge and escalating to a full block if your credits actually run out. All three layers use the same balance, so the numbers always agree.

Layer 1 — Sidebar Reminder

Once your wallet balance drops to 20% or less of your total credits, a card appears in the sidebar footer: "Wallet Balance Running Low", with the message "Only {n} credits left. Top up your wallet so nothing gets interrupted." and a progress bar showing {n} of {total} credits left.

Click View Wallet to open the recharge dialog right there — see Buying Credits for what it contains. This is a soft warning only; nothing else in the app is affected.

Layer 2 — Warnings Inside Specific Features

Some forms — sending bulk WhatsApp/email campaigns, creating a contact, opportunity, or pipeline — show an inline banner when the credits or usage behind that specific feature are running low:

"{Feature} is about to run out"You're close to the limit.View Plans
"{Feature} limit reached"You've used your full allowance.Upgrade or Add Capacity

For some actions — such as sending a bulk WhatsApp campaign — reaching the limit actually disables the Send button, and trying anyway shows a message like "You've reached your WhatsApp campaign limit." The rest of the app keeps working normally; only that specific action is blocked.

Layer 3 — Full Block When Credits Run Out

If your wallet balance reaches zero, a "Credit Balance Exhausted" screen takes over the entire app — the same way the plan-selection screen does (see Choosing or Renewing a Plan). It reads: "Your workspace has run out of QCC credits. Recharge your wallet to keep using messaging, automations, and other credit-based features."

From here:

  1. Pick a Quick select amount (₹2,000 / ₹5,000 / ₹10,000) or enter a custom amount.
  2. Optionally enter a promo code.
  3. Review the order summary, then click Confirm & Pay.

Once the recharge succeeds and your balance rises above zero, this screen clears automatically and you're returned to whatever you were doing.

Note: This screen only appears when you have an active plan but zero credits. If your organization has no active plan at all, you'll see the plan-selection screen from Choosing or Renewing a Plan instead — the two never appear together.
