Google Calendar Integration
Connecting your Google Calendar to QuantixOne keeps your schedules in sync. When a client books an appointment through QuantixOne, it appears on your Google Calendar automatically. Events you create in Google Calendar can also block time on your QuantixOne booking page so clients cannot double-book you.
Connecting Your Google Account
From the Calendar section, click the Settings dropdown in the top navigation and select Connections.
On the My Connections page, click Connect on the Google Calendar card.
Click Connect on the Google Calendar card to begin the authorisation flow.
A Google sign-in window will open. Select the Google account you want to connect, then grant QuantixOne the requested permissions.
Select your Google account and click Allow to grant calendar access.
Once authorised, your Google account appears in the connected accounts table below the provider cards with a Connected status.

Setting a Primary Google Account
If you have connected multiple Google accounts, you can choose which one is used for syncing new appointments.
In the connected accounts table, click Set Primary next to the account you want to use as the default.
The primary account is the one QuantixOne creates Google Calendar events in for new appointments.
Note: You can only have one primary Google account at a time. Setting a new primary does not affect past events already synced.
How Sync Works
Once connected, QuantixOne and Google Calendar stay in sync automatically:
- QuantixOne → Google — When a new appointment is created in QuantixOne, an event is added to your Google Calendar. If the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled, the Google event is updated or removed.
- Google → QuantixOne — Events you add directly in Google Calendar are detected and block those time slots from appearing as available on your QuantixOne booking page.
QuantixOne appointments appear in Google Calendar with the contact name and meeting details.
Syncing a Specific Calendar to a Specific Connection
To sync a specific calendar to a specific Google account, set that account as Primary. QuantixOne will use the primary account when syncing appointments for that calendar.
Note: Only the primary Google account is used for syncing. To change which account a calendar syncs to, update which account is set as primary.
Disconnecting Google Calendar
To remove the integration, go to Settings → Connections, find the account in the connected accounts table, and click Disconnect.
Click Disconnect and confirm. Existing QuantixOne appointments are not deleted, but they will no longer sync to Google.
Note: After disconnecting, time blocks from Google events will no longer appear on your QuantixOne booking page. Clients may be able to book slots that are taken in your Google Calendar. Reconnect the account to resume sync.
