Group Messages
Group Messages — sending a single message to a small group of contacts instantly, without setting up a full campaign — is coming soon to QuantixOne CRM.
You'll find a Group Message option alongside Direct Message in the "Choose how you want to start a new conversation" menu, shown greyed out with a Soon badge while this feature is being finished.
Direct Message is available today; Group Message is greyed out with a "Soon" badge.
In the meantime, for reaching multiple contacts at once, use Campaigns — you can send to a small hand-picked list of contacts the same way you would a larger broadcast.
