Quantixone is an all-in-one CRM platform built for modern sales and service teams. It brings your contacts, conversations, appointments, and deals into a single workspace — so your team always has the full picture without switching between tools.

This documentation covers every feature your team needs to get up and running, in the order you'll actually use them.


What's in Quantixone?

Quick Start

Follow these steps in order to get your Quantixone account fully operational:

  1. Complete account onboarding — Submit your company details, legal information, and verification documents. Your account is reviewed and activated before communication features unlock.

  2. Invite your team — Add staff members, assign them roles, and control which modules each person can access.

  3. Add your first contacts — Import an existing contact list or create contacts manually. Link contacts to companies to keep your database organised.

  4. Start a conversation — Open the Inbox and reply to an inbound message, or compose a new message to a contact via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

  5. Schedule appointments — Create a booking calendar, set your working hours, and share your public booking link so clients can self-schedule.

  6. Track your deals — Open a pipeline, create deals linked to your contacts, and drag them through stages as they progress toward close.


Who is this for?

New customers

Start with Client Management → Onboarding to complete your company verification. Once your account is approved, work through each module in the order shown in the sidebar — each section builds on the previous one.

Team members joining an existing account

Your administrator will send you an invitation email. After logging in, check Client Management → Roles & Permissions to understand what access you have been granted, then navigate to the modules relevant to your role.

Administrators setting up a new account

Before inviting your team, complete Client Management → Settings to configure your Business Profile, connect your communication channels (Email, WhatsApp), and review your billing plan. These settings affect what your entire team can do.


Module Overview

Client Management

Everything needed to set up your Quantixone account: company KYC, document uploads, staff invitations, role-based access control, and channel configuration. Complete this module first — communication features remain locked until your account is verified.

Dashboard

Monitor key activity across contacts, opportunities, conversations, calendars, forms, and media from one place. The Dashboard aggregates live metrics to give you a complete snapshot of your business performance within a selected date range.

Contacts

Your contact database holds every person your business interacts with — leads, customers, prospects, and partners. Contacts can be linked to companies, tagged for segmentation, assigned to team members, enriched with custom fields, and tracked through a full activity log.

Opportunities

Track every sales deal through a visual Kanban pipeline. Build custom stages that match your sales process, assign deals to team members, set priorities, and record outcomes (Won, Lost, or Abandoned). Import existing deals from a CSV and export data for reporting or analysis.

Mail

Configure domains and sender identities to ensure high email deliverability. Compose messages, manage a library of reusable templates, and send targeted bulk email campaigns directly to your contact lists.

WhatsApp

Connect your WhatsApp Business account to reach customers where they are. Manage approved message templates, send individual messages, run bulk broadcast campaigns, and review performance metrics.

Conversations

The unified inbox brings all your messaging channels together. Send and receive WhatsApp messages, SMS, and emails from one place. Build a template library for fast, consistent replies. Run bulk campaigns to reach large contact lists, and use trigger links to track which contacts engage with your messages.

Calendar

Create bookable calendars for one-on-one meetings, round-robin team scheduling, group sessions, or collective bookings. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook to prevent double-bookings. Set your availability, define slot durations and buffer times, and share a public booking page so clients can self-schedule 24/7.

Forms Builder

Create and publish custom forms to capture leads and customer data. Start from pre-built templates, embed forms or share them via direct links, review incoming submissions, and manage your form library.

Reports

Dive deep into your data with detailed analytics. Track and analyse performance across contacts, conversations, calendars, opportunities, forms, and media storage to make informed business decisions.

Media Storage

A centralised repository for all your files and assets. Upload, organise, search, restore, and review images and documents used across your workspace, emails, and forms.

Subscription

Control your account billing and usage. Manage plan upgrades, purchase additional communication credits, configure add-ons, and access your invoices directly from your workspace.
