Scheduling Runs

Instead of sending a bulk email immediately, you can schedule it as a Run to deliver at a specific date and time. This lets you plan campaigns in advance and send at the optimal time for your audience.


Scheduling a Bulk Email Send

When composing a bulk email:

  1. Complete the email form (subject, body, template, recipients).
  2. Click the dropdown arrow next to Send Now.
  3. Select Schedule.

Setting the Schedule

A scheduling panel appears:

  1. Select the Date using the calendar picker.
  2. Enter the Time for delivery.
  3. Choose the Timezone — the send will be timed relative to this timezone.
  4. Click Schedule Run.

A confirmation shows the scheduled time. The run is queued and will execute automatically.


Viewing Scheduled Runs

In the campaign details page, each run is listed with its:

  • Scheduled Time — The date and time the run is set to send
  • Status — Scheduled, Sending, Completed, or Cancelled
  • Recipients — Number of contacts in the run

Editing a Scheduled Run

To change the schedule before a run executes:

  1. Click Edit on the scheduled run row.
  2. Update the date, time, or timezone.
  3. Click Save.

Cancelling a Scheduled Run

To cancel a scheduled run before it sends:

  1. Click Cancel on the run row.
  2. Confirm the cancellation.

The run will be removed from the delivery queue. Any contacts who already received emails from this run keep their deliveries.
