Scheduling Emails

Instead of sending an email immediately, you can schedule it to be delivered at a specific date and time in any timezone. This is useful for reaching contacts during business hours or coordinating timed follow-ups.

Scheduling an Email

  1. Compose your email as normal (subject, body, recipients, attachments).
  2. Click the dropdown arrow next to the Send button.
  3. Select Schedule Send.

Setting the Date, Time, and Timezone

A scheduling panel opens:

  1. Click the Date field and select a future date from the calendar picker.
  2. Click the Time field and enter the desired time.
  3. Use the Timezone dropdown to select the correct timezone for the recipient.
Match the recipient's timezone

Always set the timezone to the recipient's local timezone, not your own. A 9 AM email scheduled in the wrong timezone can arrive in the middle of the night.

  1. Click Confirm to schedule the email.

A confirmation message shows the scheduled send time. The email is queued and will be delivered automatically.

Viewing Scheduled Emails

Scheduled emails appear in the contact's conversation timeline as a Scheduled message bubble with the send time displayed.

Cancelling a Scheduled Email

You can cancel at any time before delivery

Scheduled emails remain cancellable up until the moment they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel a scheduled email before it is sent:

  1. Locate the scheduled email bubble in the conversation timeline.
  2. Click the Cancel or Delete icon on the bubble.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

The email will be removed from the delivery queue.
