Suppression List

The Suppression List contains email addresses that QuantixOne will never send emails to. Addresses are added automatically when a hard bounce or spam complaint occurs, and you can also add them manually. Suppressed contacts are protected from accidental sends.

Why Suppression Lists Matter

Sending emails to invalid addresses or to people who have complained increases bounce rates and spam complaint rates, which damages your domain's sender reputation. Maintaining a clean suppression list keeps your deliverability high.

  1. Go to Settings → Channels → Email.
  2. Click the Configure tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Suppression List section.

Configure tab with the Suppression List section at the bottom The Suppression List is in the Configure tab of Email settings.

How Addresses Are Added Automatically

QuantixOne automatically adds an email address to the suppression list when:

EventDescription
Hard BounceThe email address does not exist or permanently rejected the email
Spam ComplaintThe recipient clicked "Report Spam" in their email client
Manual UnsubscribeThe contact clicked the unsubscribe link in an email

You will also see these events logged in the Inbound Email Processing log.
