Bulk Operations
When you need to update, export, or clean up many deals at once, the Opportunities table lets you select multiple rows and act on all of them in a single step — instead of opening and editing each deal one by one.
How Do I Select Multiple Deals?
Bulk actions work from the Table View — click the table icon in the view toggle (next to the pipeline picker) to switch out of the Kanban board.
Use the checkbox in the table header to select every row on the page, or check individual rows one at a time. The toolbar shows a live selected count badge, and the bulk action icons (Export, Delete, Bulk Edit) become active as soon as at least one row is selected.
How Do I Bulk Edit Deals?
With one or more deals selected, click the Bulk Edit (pencil) icon in the toolbar to open the Bulk Edit panel.
The panel starts empty — click any of the Add Field buttons to bring a field into the edit list:
- Pipeline — move all selected deals into a different pipeline.
- Stage — move all selected deals to a specific stage. This field is disabled until you pick a Pipeline first, since the available stages depend on it.
- Status — set all selected deals to Open, Won, or Lost. (Abandoned isn't offered here — a deal only becomes Abandoned when its pipeline is deleted, or by editing it individually; see Deal Outcomes.)
- Opportunity Value — overwrite the value on every selected deal.
- Owner — reassign all selected deals to a different team member.
Add as many fields as you need, set a value for each, and remove any field you added by mistake with its trash icon. Click Update to apply every change to all selected deals at once.
How Do I Bulk Export Deals?
Select the deals you want, then click the Export (download) icon in the toolbar to download their data.
How Do I Bulk Delete Deals?
Select the deals you want to remove, then click the Delete (trash) icon in the toolbar and confirm.
Deleted deals move to Trash, just like a single deletion — they aren't erased immediately and can be restored within your retention period. See Deleted Items.
