Buying Credits
Credits in QuantixOne are used for usage-based features such as sending SMS messages, making calls, and other communication actions that go beyond what is included in your base plan. You can top up your credit balance at any time from the Subscription settings.
Navigating to Credits
Click your account name or the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then select Billings from the settings menu. On the Billings page, click the Usage tab.
The Credits tab shows your current balance and your credit usage history.
Your Credit Balance
The Credits tab shows:
- Current Balance — How many credits remain in your account.
- Usage Summary — A breakdown of how credits have been consumed (e.g., SMS sent, calls made).
Your remaining balance is shown prominently. Credits are deducted automatically as you use communication features.
Purchasing Credits
Click Buy Credits to open the credit purchase options.
Click Buy Credits to choose a credit package.
A list of available credit packages appears. Each package shows the number of credits included and the price.
Select the credit package that suits your usage needs. Larger packages offer better value per credit.
Select the package you want, then click Purchase.
Confirming the Purchase
A confirmation dialog appears showing the credit amount and the total charge.
Review the amount and price, then click Confirm Purchase to complete the transaction.
Click Confirm Purchase. If a payment method is saved, it is charged automatically. Otherwise, you will be prompted to enter card details.
Credits Added
Once the payment is processed, the credits are added to your balance immediately. The Credits tab updates to show the new balance.
Your new credit balance is shown immediately after purchase.
