Buying Credits
Credits in QuantixOne are used for usage-based features such as sending SMS, making calls, and other communication actions that go beyond what is included in your base plan. Credits are held in your account's wallet, which you can top up at any time from the Usage & Credits page.
Navigating to Usage & Credits
Click your account name or the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then select Billing from the settings menu. Open Usage & Credits.
Your Available Balance
The Available Balance section shows three stat tiles: Available Balance (your current wallet balance in ₹), Credits Spent, and Net Change.
Recharging Your Balance
Click Add Balance to open Recharge Credits.
- Choose a preset amount under Quick select (₹2,000 / ₹5,000 / ₹10,000), or enter a custom amount under Or enter amount (minimum ₹500, maximum ₹100,000).
- Optionally enter a Promo code.
- Review Credits to add, Amount, Coupon discount, and GST (18%) in the order summary before the Total payable.
Click Confirm & Pay to continue to checkout. Once payment completes, the credits are added to your balance immediately.
Using Wallet Balance for Other Purchases
Anywhere you see a Pay with wallet balance toggle — plan renewals, plan purchases/upgrades, or add-on purchases — turning it on applies your wallet balance to that charge first, sending only the remainder (if any) to checkout.
Credits History
The Credits History table below lists every wallet transaction, so you can review exactly when and how credits were added or spent.
