Invoices
The Invoices tab in QuantixOne gives you a complete record of all billing transactions on your account — including plan charges, credit purchases, and add-on fees. You can view the details of any invoice or download it as a PDF directly from this page.
Navigating to Invoices
Click your account name or the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then select Billings from the settings menu. On the Billings page, click the Invoices tab.
The Invoices tab shows all past and current billing transactions in a table.
Invoice List
Each row in the invoices table shows:
- Invoice Number — A unique identifier for the transaction.
- Date — When the invoice was issued.
- Description — What the charge was for (e.g., plan renewal, credit top-up, add-on).
- Amount — The total amount charged.
- Status — Whether the invoice is Paid, Pending, or Failed.
All invoices are listed in reverse chronological order. Use the search or filter options to find a specific invoice.
Viewing an Invoice
Click the View icon on any invoice row to open the full invoice details.
The invoice detail shows a full breakdown of the charges, the billing period, and the payment method used.
Downloading an Invoice
Click the Download icon on any invoice row to download the invoice as a PDF to your device.
Click the Download icon to save the invoice as a PDF. Use this for expense reporting or accounting records.
