Purchasing Add-ons
Add-ons let you extend your QuantixOne plan with additional capacity or features beyond what is included in your base subscription — such as extra AI, calling, contacts, email, SMS, WhatsApp, storage, user, or domain capacity. You can purchase add-ons at any time without changing your plan.
Navigating to Add-ons
Click your account name or the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then select Billing from the settings menu. Open Add-Ons Marketplace.
Your Active Add-ons
The Your Active Add-ons panel lists everything currently on your subscription: each card shows the add-on name, a Qty {n} badge, and its active-since/renewal dates.
From the kebab menu or the Increase / Decrease buttons on a card, you can:
- Increase — opens the buy dialog pre-filled to add more of that add-on.
- Decrease — opens Decrease Add-On Quantity, where you set a quantity to remove and confirm.
- Cancel Add-on — schedules the add-on to stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Remove Add-on — removes it immediately; this action can't be undone.
A scheduled decrease or cancellation shows on the card (e.g., "Scheduled to be removed on {date}") with an Undo Scheduled Change button.
Browsing the Add-on Catalog
The Browse Add-Ons section lets you search by name, filter by Billing Cycle (Monthly/Yearly) and Max Price, and switch between categories: All, AI, Calling, Contacts, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Storage, Users, Domains.
Each add-on card shows a compatibility chip (Compatible or Upgrade needed), its name, description, up to three feature bullets, and a price. The footer button is one of:

| Buy Now | Compatible with your current plan — proceed to purchase. |
| Upgrade Plan | Your current plan doesn't support this add-on; takes you to the Plans tab on the Upgrade page. |
| At Limit | You've reached the maximum quantity allowed. |
| Unavailable | Not purchasable right now. |
Buying an Add-on
Click Buy Now to open Buy Add-on. Adjust the quantity with the +/– controls, optionally add more add-ons from the same dialog, enter a coupon code, and toggle Pay with wallet balance if you want to use your existing credits.
Click the payment button to continue. If the total is fully covered by wallet balance or a coupon, the add-on activates immediately; otherwise you're redirected to checkout and back to a payment verification screen.
