Purchasing Add-ons
Add-ons let you extend your QuantixOne plan with additional capacity or features beyond what is included in your base subscription — such as extra users, additional phone numbers, or expanded storage. You can purchase add-ons at any time without changing your plan.
Navigating to Add-ons
Click your account name or the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then select Billings from the settings menu. On the Billings page, click the Add-ons tab.
The Add-ons tab lists all available add-ons and shows which ones are currently active on your account.
Available Add-ons
The Add-ons tab shows all add-ons compatible with your current plan. Each add-on card displays:
- Name — The add-on type (e.g., Extra Users, Additional Phone Number, Extra Storage).
- Description — What the add-on provides.
- Price — The monthly or one-time cost.
- Status — Whether it is active or available to purchase.
Browse the available add-ons. Active add-ons are highlighted. Click Add on any card to purchase.
Purchasing an Add-on
Click Add on the add-on you want to purchase. A confirmation dialog appears showing:
- The add-on name and description.
- The price and billing frequency.
- The prorated charge if purchased mid-cycle.
Review the add-on details and charge before confirming.
Click Confirm Purchase to proceed. If a payment method is saved, it is charged automatically. Otherwise, you will be prompted to enter card details.
Add-on Activated
Once the payment is processed, the add-on is activated immediately. The Add-ons tab updates to show the add-on as Active.
The add-on is now active. The associated features or capacity are available immediately.
