Upgrading a Plan

Your Subscription Plan determines the features, usage limits, and number of users available in your QuantixOne account. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Subscription settings — the change takes effect immediately and you are only charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Click your account name or the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then select Billings from the settings menu. On the Billings page, click the Upgrade tab.

Viewing Your Current Plan​

The Current Plan section shows:

  • Plan name — The tier you are currently on (e.g., Starter, Growth, Pro).
  • Billing cycle — Monthly or Annual.
  • Next renewal date — When your current period ends and the next charge occurs.
  • Included features — A summary of what your current plan includes.

Choosing a New Plan​

Click Upgrade Plan or View All Plans to open the plan comparison page.

Review the available plans and click Select on the plan you want to upgrade to.

Note: You can only upgrade to a higher tier. To downgrade, contact support.

Confirming the Upgrade​

After selecting a plan, a confirmation dialog appears showing:

  • The new plan name and price.
  • The prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
  • The full charge amount starting from the next renewal date.

Click Confirm Upgrade to proceed.

Payment​

If a payment method is already saved on your account, the upgrade charge is applied automatically. If no payment method is saved, you will be prompted to enter your card details before confirming.

Upgrade Confirmation​

Once the payment is processed, your plan is upgraded immediately. You will see a success message and the Subscription page will reflect your new plan.
