Scheduling
Instead of sending a bulk WhatsApp message immediately, you can schedule it for a specific date and time. This is useful for announcements, time-sensitive promotions, and coordinating outreach across time zones.
Scheduling a Bulk Send
In the bulk WhatsApp form:
- Complete the form — select the template, map variables, review recipient count.
- Under Sending Options, select Scheduled.
- A date and time picker appears.
Select Scheduled to reveal the date and time fields.
Setting the Date and Time
- Click the Date field and pick a future date from the calendar.
- Enter the Time for delivery.
- Select the Timezone — the send executes at the chosen time in this timezone.
Set the exact date, time, and timezone for the bulk send.
- Click Schedule to confirm.
A confirmation shows the scheduled send time.
Viewing Scheduled Sends
Scheduled bulk sends appear in Conversations → Campaigns with a Scheduled status and the exact delivery time shown.
Scheduled sends are listed in Campaigns with the delivery time.
Editing a Scheduled Send
Before the scheduled time:
- Open the campaign in Conversations → Campaigns.
- Click Edit Schedule.
- Update the date, time, or timezone.
- Save the changes.
Cancelling a Scheduled Send
- Open the scheduled campaign.
- Click Cancel Send.
- Confirm cancellation.
The send is removed from the queue. No messages will be delivered.
Cancel a scheduled send at any time before it executes.
