Business Profile
Your WhatsApp Business Profile is the public-facing page contacts see when they tap your name in WhatsApp. Keeping it complete and accurate builds trust with contacts and improves message deliverability.
Navigating to Business Profile
- Go to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp.
- Click the Business Account tab.
- Scroll to the Business Profile section.
The Business Profile section is inside the Business Account tab.
Editable Profile Fields

Updating Your Profile
- Edit any field in the Business Profile section.
- Click Save Profile.
After saving, updates are pushed to Meta and synced to WhatsApp. The change is usually visible within 5 minutes, but can occasionally take up to an hour.
Changes are pushed to Meta and may take a few minutes to appear in WhatsApp.
Click Save Profile after making any changes.
Updating Your Profile Picture
A square image at exactly 640×640 px gives the sharpest result across all devices. Non-square images are cropped to a circle by WhatsApp, so off-center logos may appear cut off.
- Click the profile picture placeholder or the current image.
- Select a PNG or JPG file from your device (recommended: 640×640 px).
- Click Upload.
The new image is synced to your WhatsApp Business profile automatically.
Syncing Profile from Meta
If your profile was updated directly in Meta Business Manager and you want to pull those changes into QuantixOne, click Sync from Meta.
Use Sync from Meta to pull the latest profile data from your Meta Business Manager.
